PATTI - VDRJ67A----- 3/4 lb Smoked raw ham -- 1x1/2" Strip 30 ml Garlic -- mash to paste 5 lb Beef pot roast 1/2 Bell pepper -- mince 4 tb Oil 1 Onion -- mince 2 c Tomato puree Salt & pepper Fancy Mexican Pot Roast-Rub ham strips with garlic and insert into indentations which have been made with a sharp knife in the pot roast.
