1 tb Coriander seeds 1 tb Black peppercorns 1 tb Cumin seeds 1/2 ts Turmeric 1 sm Dried hot-chili pepper 1/4 ts Powdered ginger 2 Whole cloves 1 pn Of allspice powder Finely grind the mixture in a spice or coffee mill. Makes about 1/4 cup spice mix. **Store leftover Indian Spice Mixture in an airtight jar in the refrigerator.
