Meat Nests

1 Lb. lean ground beef

2 Tbsp. flour

1 Tsp. salt

1/2 Tsp. pepper

1/3 C. dry bread crumbs

2/3 C. milk

1 Tbsp. paprika

mashed potatoes

Mix together ground beef, flour, salt and pepper and bread crumbs. Line ungreased muffin tins with ground beef mixture about 1/4-inch thick. Fill meat nests with 2 table- spoons mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
