1/4 c Chopped Fresh Cilantro - Leaves 2 md Tomatoes, Chopped 1 sm Serrano or Jalapeno Pepper - Peeled, Seeded and Minced 1/4 c Chopped Onion 1 Minced Garlic Clove 1/2 ts Red Wine Vinegar Mix all ingredients.
